These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the internal applications and services operated by Yes Chef Group ("YCG", "we", "us", "our") at *.yeschef.group (the "Services"). The Services are intended solely for use by authorized personnel of Yes Chef Group and its affiliated brands. By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Access to the Services is restricted to individuals with a valid @yeschef.group email account or who have been explicitly granted access by Yes Chef Group. Unauthorized access is prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for legitimate business purposes related to Yes Chef Group operations. You agree not to share access credentials with unauthorized parties, attempt to access data or systems beyond your authorized permissions, use the Services to violate any applicable laws or third-party rights, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Services.

4. Confidentiality

The Services contain confidential business information including but not limited to customer data, financial information, strategic plans, and operational data. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information accessed through the Services.

5. Data and Intellectual Property

All data, content, and intellectual property within the Services is owned by Yes Chef Group. Your use of the Services does not transfer any ownership rights.

6. Account Termination

Access may be revoked at any time, with or without notice, including upon termination of employment or contractual relationship with Yes Chef Group.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yes Chef Group shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
