This Privacy Policy describes how Yes Chef Group ("YCG", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information accessed through our internal applications at *.yeschef.group (the "Services"). The Services are internal business tools used by authorized YCG personnel.

When you use the Services, we collect:

Account information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials provided through Google Workspace single sign-on.

Usage data: Activity logs, IP addresses, device information, and interactions with the Services for security and operational purposes.

Business data: Information you create or upload to the Services in the course of your work.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users and control access, operate, maintain, and improve the Services, monitor for security threats and unauthorized access, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business operations.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with authorized YCG personnel who require access to perform their duties, service providers who help us operate the Services (such as Supabase for database hosting, Vercel for application hosting, and Google for authentication) under appropriate data processing agreements, and law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law.

5. Google User Data

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We use this only to authenticate you and personalize your experience within the Services. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes, and do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, role-based access control, and audit logging. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to operate the Services and comply with legal obligations. Upon termination of access, account data may be retained for a limited period for audit and compliance purposes.
